Overview
Daedalus Defense accepts returns on apparel only. All kits are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except for shipping damage as described below.
Apparel returns
- Apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with original tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- To start a return, email support@daedalusdefensellc.com with your order number and the item(s) you are returning. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer; your return is handled by Daedalus Defense.
Kits: final sale
Kits are assembled to order and are final sale once delivered and accepted. We do cover damage that occurs during shipping: if your kit arrives damaged, contact us at support@daedalusdefensellc.com as soon as possible after delivery, before using the items, with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement of the damaged items.
Refunds
Once your returned apparel is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received an approved refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as posting can take some time. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@daedalusdefensellc.com.
Exchanges
To exchange apparel for a different size, email support@daedalusdefensellc.com within 14 days of delivery and we will walk you through the next steps.
Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs on apparel returns, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. For valuable items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
